We always strive to offer products with the highest quality, but we understand damages or defects can happen from time to time. Please make sure you inspect your item(s) upon delivery. If damage is noted, you must sign off with the carrier agent "Damaged Upon Arrival". Please take pictures to document the damage. If an item is structurally intact and usable, accept the item. If an item is structurally damaged and completely unusable, refuse the item. You are responsible for accepting the re-delivery of the undamaged items, in addition to all costs associated with the re-delivery including but not limited to storage fees. To file your claim, contact us within three (3) days, and we will attend to your claim. We insist you contact us via e-mail so that all communication is clearly documented. Claims received past three (3) days from date of confirmed delivery via tracking code will not be eligible. For all damages and defects, we will require clear photographs to be attached with your claim within three (3) days of delivery. We will either send out a new product, a replacement part, offer blemish discount, or offer local repair reimbursement at our discretion. The customer may be responsible for any labor and/or shipping charges on the replacement part(s). If you do not wish to accept any of our solutions to the case, you will be responsible for returning the item(s) to us in order to receive your product refund.

We reserve the right to refuse or issue a refund or replacement in the event that the item is found to have suffered damage after delivery or has been misused or used other than in accordance with product instructions.



All items are final sale. Returns are possible in the result of damaged or defective merchandise ONLY.



If your claim is approved for damaged or defective items, and we cannot offer a replacement, refunds can only be issued via the method of the original purchase. It may take up to 5 business days for credit to appear. MFKTO cannot be held responsible for third party costs. Returns received past 10 days from the date of receipt and/or not received in original condition cannot be refunded. Shipping charges, custom and special order furniture, non-stock items, lighting and poly-carbonate are non-refundable. Standard Shipping, Express Shipping, and White Glove Delivery Service charges are not refundable. We do not accept any returns or exchanges on custom and special order furniture. Items bought during sales and promotions are non-refundable.

Non-stock items/special orders, custom orders, lighting and polycarbonate items are not returnable and non-refundable.


Due to the many variations in monitors and browsers as well as lighting and other factors, colour reproduction is not precise. For that reason, we CANNOT guarantee an item viewed, accurately portrays its colour. We do our best to accurately portray all of our products, but as stated by our manufacturers “variations in the finished product can occur”.


The customer is responsible for knowing that all elevators, stairwells, corridors and doorways of their house or apartment will permit normal delivery. We are not responsible for furniture that does not fit and will give no refunds if this occurs.



Discounts are limited strictly to one per order. Sale items are not discounted with coupon/discount codes. Trade or Designer discount cannot be applied to sale items. Store Credit and Coupons can only be used for MFKTO items, and cannot be used for shipping, delivery or storage charges.


Prices may change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to change our product's prices at any time without notice. strives for accuracy in our advertising and website's product listings, but errors in pricing and/or photography may occur. reserves the right to correct these errors. Photography is for illustration purposes only and may not reflect actual product. As a company, we stand behind our prices, based on our market experience and knowledge. These prices reflect nationally competitive list prices and do not reflect interim mark-downs, which may have been taken. We invite you to ask about any individual prices. Product selection and prices may vary from store to store. 


A non-refundable deposit of 60% will be required for special orders and pre-orders. Remaining balance will be due before pick up or delivery. Special orders over $10,000 must be paid with a cheque and cheque will need to be cleared before processing the order. MFKTO does not keep any credit cards on file unless previously agreed with the customer.


Orders in stock take approximately 1 week to process. A shipping order will be created from the delivery company to pick up the order at which time a tracking number will be created. The tracking number and other tracking information are provided via email once the shipment is sent.


We do our best to ensure lead times given are accurate. There are many things beyond our control and lead times are just estimated to the best of our ability. Please know that at this time, orders may not be cancelled nor deposits refunded due to extended lead times. If you no longer want to wait for an item, store credit will be provided.


Continental U.S. & Canada Furniture Delivery Option and Transit Times. Shipping is not available for Hawaii and Puerto Rico residents at this time.

  • Standard Shipping
    (Estimated 7 – 18 business days in transit) Standard Shipping includes a delivery to the threshold, described as the "first dry area or garage" or lobby/service area of a high-rise building, unless shipped with UPS or a small parcel carrier. Standard Shipping for Canadian shipments is a curb-side delivery service and it will be the customer’s responsibility to remove the item off of the truck and bring it inside.
  • STANDARD DELIVERY/SHIPPING IS DOORSTEP ONLY. The delivery person or team does not enter the home or assemble the furniture. If you live in an apartment or condo building, it would be brought into the lobby and no further. We do provide white glove delivery if you feel this would be a better option for you.

Please note for delivery, our team will provide a delivery window and we will do our best to deliver within the time frame provided, however, things like weather, traffic and other events out of our control may delay delivery. If this happens, our team will connect with you to keep you updated.


Due to global supply chain challenges, there may be a need to extend estimated arrival dates on backordered items. Please know that we will continue to do everything we can to get your order shipped as soon as possible, but due to measures outside of our control we will not be accepting returns or cancellations for delayed items at this time.


Shipping charges are non-refundable once items have left our warehouse, including damaged or defective shipments. Any additional charges accrued with the delivery company will be transferred to the customer. These include, but are not limited to, isolated zip or postal codes (e.g. back road, islands etc.), missed attempted delivery charges, additional delivery services and other potential charges associated with the order. Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico is not available, and we only ship to Canada and the United States at this time.


If there is a specific time period when you may not be able to accept delivery, you must notify us at 416-588-1950 before placing your order to discuss the possibility of delayed delivery. If you learn of a delivery conflict after placing your orders you must notify us prior to shipment. Temporary storage may be possible, but storage fees will apply on a per day basis and at the cost of the customer. Consignee changes require written notice 5 business days prior to shipment. If the customer is unreachable by phone and/or email, unable or unwilling to take delivery after 30 days of efforts to inform the customer of delivery, the customer forfeits the order along with any balance paid, and has full discretion on how the order's items are to be handled.


MFKTO is taking extra steps to ensure that all clients receive the best quality marble tops. Each marble table top goes through an extensive quality check at our factory. Each piece is examined, photographed and numbered. All tops are packed individually with extensive wrapping and padding to ensure secure travel. Once the product arrives at our warehouse, it is again examined and properly stored. 

All marble tables are final sale, no exchange or return once it leaves our warehouse. Customers may inspect marble top at our warehouse upon pickup to ensure it is in good condition.


In stock orders cancelled after 24 hours will be subject to a 20% handling fee. If tracking has already been provided on the order, cancellation is subject to any cost of reverse logistics plus the 25% handling fee. Custom orders cancelled after 24 hours are subject to a minimum 25% administrative fee. If material has already been prepared, the deposit portion is no longer refundable on the order. All pre-order items are final sale and cannot be cancelled once customer agrees to lead times provided.

SALES TAX is located in Ontario, Canada, and charges no sales tax on any orders shipped outside of Canada. You are expected to comply with your state's current laws regarding purchases over the internet.


You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.
