How long does it take to process my order?
We do our best to process orders in 24-48 hours. If the item is in stock, we will have the item ready for pick up or delivery in 5-7 days, sometimes sooner depending on the item.
Do you have all items at the showroom?
As much as we would love to have all items in our showroom, we are a small store with limited space and a huge variety of furniture available so we do not have every item on display. If you want to confirm if we have the item you are looking for in our showroom, feel free to give us a call at 416-588-1950 before you come to the store.
How can I ensure I like the fabric or material before placing the order if you don't have the item in your showroom?
Good news is we have swatches for the majority of the products we carry! You can either come to our store to see the swatches or you can call or email us and we can work on shipping them out to you if you are not in the area.
Why is the colour not exactly the same as pictured on the website?
We take pride in our products and do our best to ensure the colour is as accurate as possible, however, there are many variations such as lighting, different screens, monitors, etc. so colour reproduction is not 100% precise. If you are concerned about a certain item, get in touch with us and we will be more than happy to show you a swatch/sample before you purchase.
What happens if the item I want is back-ordered?
No problem! You can still order the item and we will provide you with updates in regards to the estimated arrival time. We only require a 60% deposit for back-ordered items, the rest will be due when the item is back in stock.

If I don't like what I ordered, can I return it?
All items are final sale. Returns and exchanges are possible in the result of damaged or defective merchandise ONLY. Please measure your space prior to placing an order.

What should I do if the item I received is damaged?
If the item is damaged or defective, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with a brief description of the issue and please attach pictures as well. Keep ALL original packaging and one of our team members will reach out to you to coordinate an exchange. Return and exchange requests need to be received within 24 hours of delivery/pick up.
How long does shipping take?
If the item is in stock, we will process and ship out your order within 5-7 days. Once shipped, we will email you a tracking number so you can track your package. We are not responsible for delays after the courier has picked up your item(s).
Can I get my furniture assembled?
Yes! We offer white glove service which includes delivery + assembly + garbage removal upon request. Please note this service extra and has to be booked in advance.
Will you move/take my old furniture?
We are unable to move existing furniture during delivery if the extra service is not requested and paid for in advance (due to insurance restrictions, not because we do not want to help). If you require this extra service please contact us in advance to book this service.
