Standard shipping

Standard shipping includes delivery to YOUR DOORSTEP ONLY. The shipping method will vary depending on your location, number of items, size and weight. Large items will often be delivered on pallets by freight trailers/third party companies. This helps protect heavy and/or delicate furniture during the shipping process. Smaller items are usually shipped through couriers such as Canpar, FeDex, UPS.

Please note that third party drivers/team do not enter the home or assemble the furniture, so we highly encourage you to measure your space to make sure the item will fit through all doorways, stairwells, etc. It is also extremely important to make sure you are comfortable moving furniture around or alternatively, have another set of hands to help you bring all pieces to their desired location.

We also offer white glove delivery to select areas.


Delivery to condos, apartments and buildings

Delivery to buildings includes the item being brought to the LOBBY ONLY. Smaller items can be left at the front desk/concierge for you to pick up, but larger items will require someone to accept the delivery. Once your item has shipped, the third party handling your order will call you to set up a delivery appointment. Measure your space to make sure the item will fit through all doorways, hallways, elevators, etc. 

We also offer white glove delivery to select areas.


White glove delivery

White glove service is available for select Southern Ontario areas. This service includes delivery to the room of your choice, unpacking, minor assembly and garbage removal.  Should you require white glove service, please select this option at checkout. It is extremely important that you measure your space prior to delivery to make sure the team is able to fit the items through all doorways, hallways, elevators, etc. 

Please know additional charges may apply for rural locations, buildings, orders with items with moderate/complex assembly and orders with marble and stone dining tables, if this is the case, we will reach out to you 48 hrs after the order has been placed with the balance calculated for this service. Local GTA delivery

We have partnered up with highly professional moving companies that will deliver orders to those customers located within the GTA. This is considered a plus service - opposed to our regular shipping option. Our local partners will reach out to you regarding the order, they will work around your schedule to coordinate the delivery and they will be in constant communication with you on your delivery date. The crew will also bring the items to the room of your choice. This service doesn't include assembly and garbage removal.


US shipping

We ship to all the 48 lower states. Please note you will be responsible for paying import duties, brokerage fees and current China tariffs to the USA for any applicable items. 


Post COVID delays

With the influx of demand industry wide, the furniture industry has been experiencing delays like never before. Rest assured we are doing all we can to get your products to you as soon as possible and will continue to keep you updated to the best of our abilities. Many of our products are in stock and ready to ship! If you are concerned about lead times, please send us a message and our team will provide you with the most accurate ETA for your product. Otherwise, once an order is placed, we will connect with you to let you know if your items are in stock. If they aren't, we promise the wait will be 100% worth it, so please do not feel discouraged!


Estimated lead times & delays

We try our best to give customers the most accurate ETAs on backordered items. Please know these dates can change if stock gets delayed due to freight, holidays, weather, etc. Please remember all these factors are out of control and can result in the items not arriving on the date you were first provided with. We ask you for your patience when this happens - we try our best to get all orders out as soon as the stock becomes available and we will provide updates if delays happen.


Remote locations

While we ship to remote, rural and cottage locations, these locations may be subject to additional shipping charges. Once an order is placed, we will reach out to you 48 hrs later via email with a quote including any additional charges. Please contact us with any questions you may have.
