COVID-19 Policies


As of April 7th, 2021 the province of Ontario has officially announced a stay-at-home order, which means that our showroom doors will be closed to the public until further notice. We want to do our part to keep our community safe but we will still be available through phone, email and you can shop online from our website any time. Curb side pick ups and deliveries are still available.

Lead Times:

Due to higher demand and COVID-19 delays, stock is limited and may vary rapidly. Restocking dates might fluctuate due to the global shipping, supply chain disruptions and high freight demand. We process orders in the order in which they are received, which is on a first-come, first-serve basis. ETA may vary depending on the item. 

COVID-19 Return Policy:

Items that can be returned

  • Items that are damaged or defective. Do not dispose of the original packaging. See our return policy here.

Items that cannot be returned

  • All custom and special orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit and are non-cancellable and non-returnable.
  • All items bought on flash sales and promotions.
  • Sale and Clearance Merchandise.
  • Pillows, paintings, rugs and light fixtures are not returnable due to the nature of the product.
